Currently all binary names containing a dollar "$" throw an
{{IllegalArgumentException}} when being invoked with
{{JavadocLinkGenerator.createLink(...)}}. Actually nested classes should be
supported as links to their Javadoc can be realiably constructed (in contrast
to binary names referencing members).
