Today in a build i get the error
> Artifact has not been packaged yet. When used on reactor artifact, copy

So I know something is wrong but ...
The error message should at best include
# The "not packed artifact"
# The possible location / reactor project
# Probably *why* it is not considered as packed (e.g does it has no artifact
file? Is it a folder? Something else?)
