There are jars in the 1.1.3.4 directories now (as of about 6 hours after
Carlos' comment), however the filename does not match the version:
http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/xpp3/xpp3/1.1.3.4/xpp3-1.1.3.4-RC3_min.jar
Apart from that discrepancy with the above, looks like this issue can be closed.
