Description:
On Windows OS, project with 500 modules fails build on final module with
deployAtEnd set to true.

org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:3.1.0:deploy failed: Could not

Maven 3.9.0
I've used deployAtEnd in the past without issue (but not with Maven 3.9.0)
