Description:
when building multiple times from a source tree that uses maven-shade-plugin,
dependency-reduced-pom.xml generated in the same directory as pom.xml gets
included in source release archive
FYI, this happens when trying to rebuild reference releases for Reproducible
Central from a Git repository: often mvn clean does not remove that file
