Description:
Annotation processor logs with {{Diagnostic.Kind.NOTE}} are not logged when
{{<fork>true</fork>}} is used.
To reproduce: Checkout the {{mavenPluginTests}} branch of
[https://github.com/mensinda/quarkus-stuff/tree/mavenPluginTests] (despite the
name of the repo, no quarkus stuff or any external dependencies are used) and
run {{{}mvn clean compile{}}}.
