I have now uploaded all branches with fixes. The new, proposed model for site
with a new converter along with test. Maven Site Plugin works and MPIR tests
all work. The conversion works on the fly and issues the he following warning:

'org.apache.maven.plugins.project-info-reports.its:mpir-229:pom:1.0-SNAPSHOT'
for default locale is still using the old pre-version 2.0.0 model. You MUST
migrate to the new model as soon as possible otherwise your build will break in
the future!
