I'm trying to use EnforcerRuleHelper#getComponent() like the example in
http://maven.apache.org/shared/maven-enforcer-rule-api/writing-a-custom-rule.html.
I'm trying to get the ProjectDependencyAnalyzer component, however, the lookup
fails with a ComponentLookupException. I could not find any documentation about
how to fix this or if there is any additional configuration I need to specify.
