I want less logs, not more. "Running PMD version 6.55.0 to target/pmd.xml" is
not info the developer needs or cares about. It is not actionable. Neither is
the skin. Neither is the version of the plugin. These are at most, debugging
info for plugin developers. They should not be shown to normal end users who
just want to build their project.
