Can you provide a PR to show what you mean? Also, the fact HttpClient
_inits_ this value to `Integer.MAX_VALUE` and lowers it on first response,
while client MAY create thousands of requests. Also, this never happened in
Maven, but in JBang, here https://github.com/jbangdev/jbang/pull/1716 that is
way more aggressive than Maven is.
