This is mostly a wish.
Assume you checked out a project, that uses a parent that is NOT available from
central. How to build such a project?
I know this sounds like a chicken-or-egg situation, but IMHO model builder
could utilize some "early" repo definition (maybe allow this only when there is
no interpolation happening?)
