There is a copy-paste error in
[https://github.com/apache/maven-enforcer/blob/f8430efe20020071273bab883cffb3a2e0f00107/enforcer-rules/src/site/apt/requireMatchingCoordinates.apt.vm#L65,]
where the closing tag does not match the opening tag.
