Thank you, Tamás. On the one hand, I agree that it might be better to issue a warning in version 3.9.8 instead of no warning in version 3.9.6 and an unexplained build failure in version 3.9.7. On the other hand, the warnings issued by the Maven Assembly Plugin were [ignored by the JavaFX project](https://mail.openjdk.org/pipermail/openjfx-dev/2024-May/047292.html) and the publishers of its artifacts for three years and were only fixed when the builds of all JavaFX applications began to fail.
