There is a hidden config property `${maven.startTime}` (which is in fact
`org.apache.maven.execution.MavenExecutionRequest#getStartTime`), so maybe we
just need to publish this property? And then @hboutemy could use this
expression? Of course, for it to work, release would need to inline it (just
like it does with some other values like tag)!
