The page at https://maven.apache.org/doxia/references/fml-format.html currently
does not state that certain elements are parsed as XDoc. Basically the contents
of
# {{part->title}}
# {{faq->question}} and
# {{faq->answer}}
are always parsed with the XDoc parser and therefore accept its markup there.
