[JUnit Pioneer|https://junit-pioneer.org/] is a JUnit Extension library,
maintained by Nicolai Parlog, me and others.
When I saw the linked PR which sets a explicit locale for a test class I
instantly thought about the [Pioneer Default Locale and TimeZone
extension][https://junit-pioneer.org/docs/default-locale-timezone/], which was
written for such test cases.
The library could be useful in some tests, but ofc it's an additional
dependency.
