Seems heavyweight for what we would use. Some of the features in JUnit Pioneer
seem very cool., Some, however seem actively harmful and antithetical to good
principles of test driven development. It feels to me like this library makes
the mistake of many utility libraries: it's a grab bag of everything the devs
thought of rather than a tightly focused collection that does one thing and
does it well. It would be more useful if it were split into many smaller
pieces. E.g. I could certainly consider DefaultLocale but I'm not willing to
take ExpectedToFail.
