IIUC, Doxia 2 work has started with milestones of Maven Site Plugin 4.0-M*
but given plugins 4.x are supposed to be related to Maven 4, the next logical
version after Maven Site Plugin 4.0-M16 is Maven Site Plugin 3.20.0, to get
back to 3.x
in the future, 4.x branch will target Maven 4: not yet done
