The Simplex Transfer Listener remains blocked with own thread. This may cause
leak in case of resident instances.
Minor, but a UT in maven-cli is creating a huge thread pool (2000) and leaves
it as is. This one is just minor issue (occuring during tests), is not runtime
issue, but cleanup is nice.
