 - suggests false is default.


Command line use ( I have a project that has okhttp as  test dep):

 ```
mvn -q dependency:copy-dependencies -DincludeScope=test 
-DincludeArtifactIds=okhttp -DoutputDirectory=target/libs_for_test
```

This should have copied okio, kotlin-stdlib and okio-jvm, too, but did not.

I think the command line use of copy-dependencies  should match the defaults of 
the pom/xml based use of the same
