**[Karl Heinz Marbaise](https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=khmarbaise)** commented GitHub is a good idea (ideal would be to attach a zip/tar.gz of the project to the jira)...But the description should be made here in JIRA to have full documentation of the problem...in particular after a new release someone can check the solved JIRA's and see's what has been fixed / improved etc. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
