If I have a pom that repacks a zip file. The pom uses the assembly plugin but is of packaging pom. mvn deploy:deploy-file -DpomFile=pom.xml -Dpackaging=zip -DrepositoryId=... -Durl=... -Dfile=target/file.zip the file gets deployed as pom packaging... Will prepare a new patch. Issue should be renamed as: deploy-file isn't using a proper properties overriding order when reading the pom -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
