example :
http://localhost:8080/archiva/repository/internal/javax/servlet/servlet-api/2.3/servlet-api-2.3.jar
returns the expected jar
http://localhost:8080/archiva/repository/internal/javax.servlet/jars/servlet-api-2.3.jar
