I attach a new patch to solve issue of Michael Srb. My patch exclude build output dir (with switch "maven.javadoc.includeBuildOutputDirInJavadocClasspath" to enable/disable. Enable by default). I have test with and without build output dir and for my case is work fine. Michael Srb could you test ? Somebody could you test also ?
