Yes, it was up since early 2006 until very recently. That's the pom copied
from the castor 0.9.9 pom, both were converted from maven 1.0 -- it should be
fine the way it is.
They seem to have deleted it from their dist.codehaus.org section, so I pulled
the jar from the OpenEJB 1.0 release and attached it.
