I'm finding that I'm being blocked by various release issues which are
hampering full integration testing. Attached is my first pass at implementing
all operations along with testcases for all operations. Once this has been
checked in, I will do further testing over the next few days and submit proper
svn patches for any remaining issues.
Note that I had to add perforce to the release plugin's POM so it would find
the Perforce provider. Please also be sure to make this change.
