   Who closed this bug as fixed? This problem still exists :-( (Maybe only in 
combination with the release plugin [3]?)
   
   [1] doesn't contains any special cygwin code, so the cygwin settings 
desribed in [2] doesn't work?!
   
   Maybe I put the svn-settings.xml in a wrong place ... I tried
   - D:\DEV\cygwin\home\USER\.scm
   - C:\Documents and Settings\USER\.scm
   
   \<svn-settings>
   \<useCygwinPath>true\</useCygwinPath>
   \<cygwinMountPath>/cygwin\</cygwinMountPath>
