**[Andreas Höhmann](https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=ahoehma)** commented Who closed this bug as fixed? This problem still exists :-( (Maybe only in combination with the release plugin [3]?) [1] doesn't contains any special cygwin code, so the cygwin settings desribed in [2] doesn't work?! Maybe I put the svn-settings.xml in a wrong place ... I tried - D:\DEV\cygwin\home\USER\.scm - C:\Documents and Settings\USER\.scm \<svn-settings> \<useCygwinPath>true\</useCygwinPath> \<cygwinMountPath>/cygwin\</cygwinMountPath> \</svn-settings> [1] https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/scm/tags/maven-scm-1.8/maven-scm-providers/maven-scm-providers-svn/maven-scm-provider-svnexe/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/scm/provider/svn/svnexe/command/SvnCommandLineUtils.java [2] http://maven.apache.org/scm/maven-scm-providers/maven-scm-providers-svn/maven-scm-provider-svn-commons/svn-settings.html [3] http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRELEA[SE-146](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SE-146) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
