Apologies, I have been in contact with Cletus DSouza who talks about the
integrity part as 1.6 (I believe this is the last part he submitted?). I do
actually have, and am using 1.7.
I have now managed to test the exact same source in the same way, but on
Windows XP in English, which all the locales set to USA Pacific this worked
fine. The system where this is still failing is Windows XP in German, locales
set to Germany. The server hosting Integrity is a Windows server with local as
UK.
> Date issue with German Locale

> Key: SCM-683

> Project: Maven SCM (Moved to GitHub Issues)

> Affects Versions: 1.6
> Environment: Windows XP SP3 German Locale

> Hi,
> I have tried to use Integrity plugin, and am having an issue with the date
> when using the German Locale - it cannot be parsed.
> This is the error:
> ******************************
> [ERROR] [14:25:17.239] Failed to date string: 27.06.2012 MESZ
> [DEBUG] [14:25:17.239] 26.06.2012 MESZ 1.1 Schuhmacher, Kristian
> (kschuhmacher)
> ******************************
> Here is part of an email from Cletus D'Souza who wrote the Integrity plugin
> for Maven:
> ******************************
> "However, I've not done any localization testing, so it is quite possible
> that the code doesn't handle other locales (other than US). It would have
> been easier to support multiple locales, if the Integrity API supported all
> the commands that I have to execute for the Maven integration. Unfortunately,
> some commands are executed using the CLI and then I parse the output. This is
> probably one of the cases where parsing the CLI output for a date string in a
> different locale does not work."
> ******************************
> Although the build is completing successfully, because of these errors,
> nothing actually happens, ie no data from Integrity is displayed to me when I
> try to view this in my build manager (Sonar).
