   Update: I moved the working directory to the root (C:\) - that fixed my 
problem.
   So Robert was right - it had to do with the length of the command - or at 
least the path. The command printed out by the logger is not the actual 
command, but rather pseudo code or info.
   So this is not a blocker anymore, but it would be a huge advantage if this 
problem - if it is a OS issue - could be detected and a how to could be 
displayed to the user.
