Hi Chris, the parent version 27 says only you need to build your code with
Maven 3.0.5 and above but does not mean your need 3.0.5 for running it...I
would upgrade to new parent and overwrite the things which you don't like...Say
JDK 6 keeping JDK 5.... etc. ?
Moving to 3.0.0 i would suggest to make clear minimum is Maven 3.X ...and
JDK 6 as the other plugins / shared components as well. ?
