To associate the change set, which has the ID 1018, with the work item with
the ID of 117, use this command:
lscm changeset associate -r SRV6 1018 117
why not exec lscm with params "changeset associate -r SRV6 1018 117" ?
can you display how the ant build.xml target is configuring and executing
the association line ?
