The connector 1.5 spec section 17.2.0.2 indicates that everything in the rar
except the META-INF/ra.xml file can be at an arbitrary location. Possibly this
can already be specified somehow in which case we should document it clearly
and otherwise implement it. Requested by Bastiaan de Wit in a private email.
