RadLibCopier does not respect warSourceDirectory setting of maven-war-plugin
when copying dependencies and uses hardcoded "src/main/webapp" instead.
I've set priority on 'blocker' because this doesn't let us use webservices
(RAD-6 requires hardcoded web source location on it's own).
Attaching a fix and a test case.
