It seems that the only way to override the generated output of the index report
is to use the src/site/resources/index.html file...the src/site/apt/index.apt
file does not work. It should be possible to create any file matching:
src/site/(suffix)/index.(suffix) and have it replace the output of this report,
or at least displace it to an about.html file or something similar.
