Not much we can do here: that thing totally breaks DI injection in Maven Core. This is not about nullcheck, as **component is not optional**. This is clearly bug in JFrog stuff, not to mention that they override internal component of Maven; this is "hostile" extension, as alters Maven (replaces components to be precise) in such way, we (ASF Maven Project) cannot guarantee anything here. Or, if they do this, they should "follow and adapt" to each Maven release (and clearly state that to their users) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
