As https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/11/docs/api/java.net.http/java/net/http/HttpRequest.BodyPublishers.html#ofInputStream(java.util.function.Supplier) supports retries also on top of an InputStream supplier, my use case for that is gone.
