How to rename EAR file after build

Hi All,
I m the new member of jira and want to share my issues with all of you. Can
anyone tell me how can i rename the ear file in pom.xml.
I have tried with finalName attribute of pom.xml but it didn't worked because
it takes the default name from remote repository.
I m getting the name like this:
${artifactId}-${version}-$[timestamp}-${user.name}.
I didn't get any clue from where this $[timestamp}-${user.name} are comming.
Please me out on this..
