I like concept 1 and 2 the best, but I think the size, or maybe the angle, of the leaf isn't quite right and obscures the letter too much. I experimented with moving it to one of the strokes in the letter "M" or the "n", and neither quite worked right. However, I think somebody with more artistic talent than me could probably make it work.
