   Hi, I’m interested in looking into this. From the current construction path, 
it seems that `buildInitialPlan()` can fail after the executor is created but 
before the surrounding try-with-resources can take ownership of the context. 
Since the planning step does not appear to use the executor, my initial thought 
is to create it only after the initial plan succeeds. Would that be a 
reasonable direction, or would you prefer keeping the current order and 
explicitly closing it on construction failure?
