There is currently no way to have relative images in twiki-format. Reading the
twiki docs suggests that this should be implemented by adding funtionality to
parse ordinary img-tags (which could then be both relative and absolute). For
XHTML-output this would be something we get for free by fixing DOXIA-153 but
that wouldn't use sink.figure so it would probably not work for PDF-output
(please correct me if I'm wrong).
