`mavenVersion` moves from 3.6.3 to 3.9.16 with the matching `resolverVersion` 1.9.27, and the test-scoped `maven-compat` goes together with its entry in the `analyze` ignore list. Nothing imports it; it was needed because maven-core 3.6.3 injects the compat `RepositorySystem` into `DefaultProjectBuildingHelper` when the plugin-testing container boots, which 3.9.12 removed. `<prerequisites>` stays at 3.6.3.
