Rewrite the technical text in the site documentation to conform to ASD-STE100 (Simplified Technical English). Changes: - Split procedural (instructional) and descriptive (factual) passages into distinct paragraphs - Replace banned modals (`should`, `would`, `could`, `may`) with `must`, `can`, or `will` - Replace contractions (`can't`, `what's`, `that's`) and remove filler (`last but not least`, `i.e.`, `of course`) - Use vertical lists for steps and itemized content (issue tracker attachments, wiki page content) - Shorten sentences to the limits for procedural (<= 20 words) and descriptive (<= 25 words) text - Fix factual/grammar errors: `informations` -> `information`, `will be deploy` -> `deploys`, noun/`-ing` headings made imperative - Keep all anchors, link targets, code blocks, XML comments, and product names unchanged -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
