### Problem
The entire XML validation test suite is dead: all four tests in
`src/test/java/org/apache/maven/buildcache/xml/XmlServiceTest.java` are
disabled with
```java
@Disabled("cache-build-1.0.0.xsd not found")
```
The modello-generated XSD (`cache-build-1.0.0.xsd`, generated into
`target/generated-resources/modello`) is not on the test classpath at the
location the tests expect, so instead of fixing the classpath the tests were
disabled. Result: no test coverage for the XML (un)marshalling of the build
cache configuration.
### Suggestion
- Point the tests at the modello-generated resource (add
`target/generated-resources/modello` as a test resource or resolve the schema
via the classpath module the generated sources live in) and re-enable.
