Fixes #306
Filter files act as defaults: POM `<properties>` always override filter file
values, not the reverse. This behavior was correct but completely undocumented,
leading to user confusion (as reported in MRESOURCES-300).
## Changes
**`src/site/markdown/examples/filter.md`** — new _Property Precedence_
section:
- Lists all property sources in priority order (highest → lowest):
`maven.build.timestamp`, user props (`-D`), system props, POM `<properties>`,
build filter files, execution filter files
- Clarifies that `${project.*}` / `${pom.*}` expressions always resolve live
from the model
- Calls out the key behavioral rule: **POM `<properties>` override filter
files, filter files are defaults**
- Example: _filter files as defaults_ pattern with POM override
- Example: _multi-file layering_ with environment-specific overrides
**`src/site/markdown/examples/copy-resources.md.vm`** — adds a
cross-reference note to the precedence section, since `copy-resources` uses the
same chain.
