in parent all configuration is done in pluginManagment, so you can override
configuration by put plugin in pluginManagment in child project - which not
execute goal.
In parent we have profile for executing only on JDK 17+.
So wehen we use pluginManagment in child for extend configuration we not
need to define profile again, will be simple
