## Summary
- Resolve CI-friendly `${revision}`, `${sha1}`, and `${changelist}` values
from the adjacent `pom.properties` when deploying a JAR.
- Keep explicit coordinates unchanged and add focused unit coverage for
unresolved coordinates.
Fixes #649
## Testing
- `mvn -Denforcer.skip=true -Dspotless.check.skip=true
-Dspotless.apply.skip=true -Dtest=DeployFileMojoUnitTest test` — passed (14
tests)
- `git diff --check` — passed
- The canonical Maven build could not start locally because this environment
has Maven 3.9.16 while the current build requires Maven 4.0.0-rc-7 or newer.
