`canRetrieveAllChunks` in `DefaultIncrementalHandler` and in indexer-reader's `IndexReader` is documented as checking that all the chunks an update needs are still listed in the remote properties, but it returned `true` as soon as the chunk after the local counter was listed, and the chunk names were then generated up to `nexus.index.last-incremental`. Both now also require that every chunk up to the remote counter is listed and that the remote counter is not behind the local one; otherwise the update falls back to a full download. A remote counter that is not a number no longer throws `NumberFormatException` in indexer-core. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
