CI was failing because the `<repositories>` section declared the Apache Snapshots repo but was missing `<snapshots><enabled>true</enabled></snapshots>`. Without it, Maven defaults to snapshots disabled and can't resolve `maven-filtering:4.0.0-beta-2-SNAPSHOT`. Fixed in 15d4bbe. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
