Concurrent build of rc7 already kind of entered in this but default must be maven 3 friendly (until pom is modelversion 4.1 which can be a criteria to switch) so we can't change that since it is relied upon in (at least a few) builds and maven 4 keeps maven 3 compatiiblity. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
