Adds \`generate(Sink, SinkFactory, Locale)\` to \`MavenReport\` as a default method and deprecates \`MavenMultiPageReport\` and the two-argument \`generate(Sink, Locale)\`, as the \`MavenMultiPageReport\` Javadoc always intended. The two methods delegate to each other, the same way \`getOutputPath()\` and \`getOutputName()\` do, so existing reports keep working and new ones can implement only the multi-page method. This PR does not change callers: the site plugin's \`instanceof MavenMultiPageReport\` branch and \`AbstractMavenReport\` can drop the interface once this is released. Verified: \`maven-reporting-impl\` \`mvn verify\` against this snapshot → BUILD SUCCESS; the only new warning is the \`MavenMultiPageReport\` deprecation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
